Preparing for the Top Job

Campus placements are the most desired factor for the students pursing Higher Education, as it allows them immediate implementation of their knowledge and further honing of the skills with a good return for their investment.

A dream of a good job knocking the campus door, when you are just preparing yourself to deliver the output in the corporate world has become a reality for many students in Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI), who have encountered unbelievable opportunities of getting trained by the best Corporate houses eventually being absorbed in the corporate world.

In the past three years, there has been a discernible improvement in the campus placements at MREI. For the 2013 Batch, a total of 128 companies organized placement drives of which, 68 were new companies. In thatbatch, a total of 849 students were placed as against 724 students in the 2012 Batch.

The Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) is one of the largest employers of MRIU pass outs, which partnered with MRIU in various multi-dimensional academic programs that intakes at least 20 B-Tech/ IT first year students for its TCS-MRIU Pragati project every year.

JBM Group, the largest Tier-1 supplier of automobile components in India is associated with B-tech Mechanical Engineering integrated program in MRIU, to provide classroom and lab training on the subjects to the students of engineering department, leading to quick and easy hiring after the completion of the course.

Some of the renowned and much reputed corporate groups provide assistance and training to the students of MREI, preparing the fine minds to compete in the real corporate world.

KPMG, IBM, JBM, Fortis, TCS, NIIT, NDTV, Accenture, Dell, Infosys,   Cognizant, HCL Technologies, Honeywell, L&T Infotech, Aon Hewitt are some of the Big Daddies of the Corporate world that provides established platform to the passing out batch from the MRIU, converting them into most efficient and productive employees.

MREI students have been offered competitive salary packages across the streams ranging from Engineering departments of Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering as well as the MBA specialization departments of Marketing, Finance and HR.

Companies like Citibank, India bulls, SunLife Financials, Whirlpool, Nestle, Naukri.com and Times Business Solutions have great demand for the MBA students of the University.

Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS) under MRIU has the distinction of placing its students in almost all the leading hospitals and healthcare clinics - Fortis, Apollo, Artemis, Alchemist, N-Lite, VLCC, Personal Points to name just a few. The two streams at (FAS) viz.  ‘Physiotherapy’ and ‘Nutrition & Dietetics’ command a unique position in the respective industry.

MREI has engaged top corporate trainers to assist, guide and mentor students in honing industry relevant skill sets.

Going by the placement prospects of the current year, the final placement is expected to surpass all previous records, despite the crunch in job market.

CRC arranges in-campus, off-campus and pool-campus placement drives, which is rolled out and managed throughout the year.
